Santon is one of the leading electric water heating brands in the UK and is part of Heatrae Sadia Heating. Part of BAXI Heating UK Limited, Heatrae Sadia Heating employs some 500 people in two manufacturing sites located in Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

Quality Procedures
Santon products are manufactured in BS EN ISO9001:2000 factories and approved to relevant Standards (e.g. BEAB, BBA, WRAS) and CE Marks.

Santon offers a high level of Customer support at every stage of the decision making process – from initial enquiry, through specification to actual installation.
A team of over 25 field sales managers is available to meet specifiers and developers on site to discuss product requirements and advise on Installation issues. The sales team is supported by dedicated technical support service at the Norwich headquarters.
As part of the support service to customers, the Company can produce designs for water heating systems for houses, commercial buildings and light industrial premises. Developers and self-builders can also benefit by using our fully indemnified space and water heating design service, which includes the preparation of detailed heating designs covering boiler, radiators, pipework, controls and accessories as well as the hot water storage system.
After-sales support is provided on a national basis, by a network of experienced service engineers. Spare parts for Santon products are readily available from a nation-wide Spares Stockist network.
Product Approvals
Santon policy is to ensure that its products are approved to relevant standards, including BEAB, BBA and WRAS.
CE Marking
Any Santon product that falls within the scope of the EMC directive is CE marked. Such marking confirms that, where applicable, the product meets both the EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility) and LVD (Low Voltage Directive) directives in electrical products.
Product Guarantee
Most Santon products carry a minimum Guarantee of 2 years.

Santon Unvented Water Heating Cylinders
Manufactured to the highest standards from high grade Duplex stainless steel, the units offer exceptional corrosion resistance and a long life expectancy. Advanced primary coil and cold water controls design gives rapid re-heat and good flow rate performance. It provides mains pressure showering and is suitable for use in new build or refurbishment schemes for domestic or commercial applications. PremierPlus is available in five capacities, from 100 to 300 litres, in both Direct and Indirect models, and can supply up to three bathrooms.
